Biography

Eustache Ntaboba is an agronomist trained at the Evangelical University in Africa (UEA) and holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Animal Production. His work focuses on animal and fish production systems, with a strong commitment to youth and women’s capacity building in agribusiness.

He currently serves as Core Team / Youth Brigade Animal Production at the African Agricultural Leadership Institute (AALI), where he oversees animal and fish production activities and trains youth and women entrepreneurs in sustainable livestock and aquaculture practices.

Prior to joining AALI, he worked as an animal production consultant with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), as a fish production technician at Ets SOLUTION STEWARD, as an instructor at the Bwindi Institute, and as a project officer at HOPE IN SELF. He also has experience in crop production and private farm management, which has strengthened his practical understanding of integrated farming systems.

His professional trajectory reflects a strong commitment to improving livestock and aquaculture productivity while supporting skills development and entrepreneurship among youth and women in agriculture.
