A monitoring and evaluation professional since 2016, Luc has over ten years of experience designing, implementing, and assessing development projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
A monitoring and evaluation professional since 2016, Luc has over ten years of experience designing, implementing, and assessing development projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Since December 2022, he has served as Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Impact Assessment Assistant at the African Agricultural Leadership Institute, where he develops results frameworks, monitoring tools, and data-management systems.
He previously worked as a Consultant-Evaluator with Max Impact Consulting for the Panzi Foundation and Louvain Coopération, conducting mid-term and final external evaluations (2020–2022). From 2019 to 2021, he managed programs at the NGOs Village d’Espoir and Save the Lives. Since 2013, he has also served as a teacher and Head of Works. His expertise is grounded in a solid academic background in rural development (2007–2012).
