Biography
Blandine Sanginga is a development professional with over six years of experience in international development, with a strong focus on program management, strategic planning, gender mainstreaming, and stakeholder coordination across Eastern and Central Africa.
She currently serves as Unit Lead and HR & Administration Manager at the African Agricultural Leadership Institute (AALI), where she oversees human resources management and administrative operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational policies and strategic objectives, while fostering a professional and inclusive work environment.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in development studies and a Master of Arts in Sociology, which provide her with strong analytical, organizational, and social research competencies and support her commitment to evidence-based programming and inclusive institutional development. Prior to her current role, she worked in research and program management capacities with international organizations and CGIAR centers, where she contributed to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), knowledge management systems, and program implementation. Through these experiences, she developed strong expertise in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, strengthening institutional processes, and supporting effective program delivery.
