Biography
Eulallie Mujinga is a Nutritionist and Dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition, health, food security, and agricultural value addition programs in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Higher Institute of Medical Techniques of Mbujimayi (ISTM), obtained in 2025.
She currently serves as a Brigade Officer for Processing and Value Addition at the African Agricultural Leadership Institute (AALI) in Kasai Oriental, a position she has held since July 2023. In this role, she supports initiatives aimed at promoting agricultural product processing, value chain development, and agribusiness opportunities for local communities. Prior to joining AALI, Eulallie worked as a Health and Nutrition Supervisor under a UNICEF-supported project (2022–2023), focusing on the management of acute and severe malnutrition as well as nutrition support for pregnant and breastfeeding women, with funding from the European Union. From 2019 to 2022, she served as Coordinator of Agricultural Product Processing and Value Chain Activities and Health and Nutrition Officer under the USAID-funded DFAP-BUDIKADIDI Food Security Project implemented by CRS. Earlier in her career, she worked with Save the Children as a Senior Field Staff Protection Officer (2017–2019) under a USAID-funded program and as a Social and Behavior Change Communication Officer (2015–2017) for a nutrition crisis response project in Kasai Oriental funded by the Pooled Fund.
Her professional experience reflects a strong commitment to improving nutrition, food security, community health, and agricultural value addition, contributing to sustainable livelihoods and rural development.
