Biography
Eric Massamba is a finance and accounting professional with over twelve years of experience in financial management, project accounting, and administrative support within development programs and international research environments.
He currently serves as Administrative and Finance Support at the African Agricultural Leadership Institute (AALI), where he contributes to the management of financial and administrative processes that support the effective implementation of the organization’s programs and operations.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Project Management. His academic background, combined with his professional experience, has equipped him with strong competencies in accounting, project finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Prior to joining AALI, he worked as a Project Accounting Officer at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) in Kinshasa, where he supported financial management and compliance for development projects. In this role, he was responsible for budget monitoring, financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to donor and institutional financial procedures.
He contributes to strengthening financial accountability and transparency within AALI by supporting efficient financial management systems and ensuring sound administrative and project finance practices across programs.
