Organizational structure

AALI brings together African agricultural professionals who together have over 250 years of experience in the development of African agriculture and are eager to take this development to a new direction in agricultural transformation.

Its organizational structure is composed of a Board of Directors, the Presidency and Co-management, the General Management, 4 operational departments (leadership consulting services, youth empowerment, agricultural transformation process, administration and logistics) as well as communication and monitoring and evaluation departments.
