Founders and Presidency
Led by two Co-Presidents, the Presidency works closely with the Founders to provide strategic leadership and guide AALI’s long-term development, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and core values.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic governance and fiduciary oversight, ensuring accountability, transparency, and alignment with AALI’s mission while guiding the organization’s long-term growth.
Office of the Managing Director
Led by the Managing Director, the Office oversees AALI’s day-to-day operations and the implementation of strategic priorities. It is supported by two Advisors who provide strategic insights, technical guidance, and sector expertise to enhance the organization’s impact.

Directors – Senior Management Team: AALI’s Senior Management Team comprises three Directors who lead the Programs, Agribusiness Partnerships, and Administrative Services Directorates, overseeing strategy implementation, operations, and cross-functional coordination.
